Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: September 9, 2026
How accessible this site is
This site is PARTIALLY conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Automated accessibility checks run on every release and block it if they fail, but no independent manual audit has been completed yet. Automated tools detect only about a third of accessibility problems, so we do not claim full conformance on the strength of a green test run. The known issues below are the ones we are aware of; there may be others.
What this statement covers
It applies to:
- The public marketing site at fametoll.com, in all published languages
It does not cover:
- The authenticated client portal and admin area, which are audited separately
- Third-party content embedded from other providers
- Documents and files supplied by clients
Known issues
These are the barriers we currently know about. We list them rather than wait until they are fixed, because knowing about a problem is more useful to you than a claim that there are none.
1.1.1 Non-text Content
The animated hero on the homepage is rendered with WebGL. Screen readers skip it (it is marked decorative and the heading carries the message), but it has not been tested with every assistive technology.
What you can do: The hero is purely decorative. Everything it conveys is in the heading and the text beneath it, and turning on 'reduce motion' in your operating system replaces it with a static image.
No fix date is scheduled yet.
1.3.1 Info and Relationships
The interactive workflow diagrams on the Automation page are rendered in a canvas-like widget that assistive technology cannot navigate.
What you can do: Every diagram is also published as a numbered list of its steps immediately above it. The list is the authoritative version and is fully readable.
No fix date is scheduled yet.
Conformance claim
No independent manual accessibility audit has been carried out. Automated checks run on every release, but automated tooling detects only a portion of WCAG issues.
What you can do: If you hit a barrier we have not found, please tell us — we treat those reports as defects, not feedback.
No fix date is scheduled yet.
How we test
These checks run automatically on every release and stop it if they fail:
- axe-core — Runs against every public route in all published languages, in light and dark themes, and fails the build on any serious or critical violation.
- Lighthouse accessibility budget — Requires a score of at least 95 on every public route; a drop below that blocks the release.
- Keyboard conversion flow — An end-to-end test drives the pricing calculator and the inquiry form using the keyboard alone.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site stopped you doing what you came to do, please tell us. We treat those reports as defects, not as feedback.
We aim to reply within two business days.
