It is a one-to-two week paid engagement that produces a scope document, an architecture outline and a fixed-price proposal — and a clickable prototype for SaaS and mobile work. It is paid because it is real delivery work, and it is credited back 100% against the project if you sign within 30 days.

The credit-back rule

The Sprint fee is credited back in full against the project if you sign within 30 days. If you do not, you keep the scope document, the architecture and the proposal — they are yours either way.
