Fixed scope, fixed price

Every package lists what it includes. If the scope is fixed, so is the price — you are not billed for our estimating error.

What is excluded is written down

Each tier carries an explicit exclusions list. Nothing is 'assumed included' and then invoiced later.

Change orders are priced before they start

New scope mid-project gets a written change order with its own price and timeline. You approve it before we build it.

Payment schedule

40% to start, 40% at the agreed midpoint milestone, 20% on handover. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and cancellable with 30 days' notice.

You own the code

Full IP and source-code ownership transfers to you on final payment. No licence, no lock-in, no hosting hostage.

So you can decide whether we fit your budget before either of us spends a call finding out. The numbers here are real starting points, not bait — a proposal cites the tier you picked and lists any deltas line by line.

Fixed. A package lists its deliverables and its exclusions, and that scope ships for that price. Work outside the list becomes a written change order you approve before it starts.

It is a one-to-two week paid engagement that produces a scope document, an architecture outline and a fixed-price proposal — and a clickable prototype for SaaS and mobile work. It is paid because it is real delivery work, and it is credited back 100% against the project if you sign within 30 days.

It is a floor, not an average. Custom builds are priced from scope, so we publish the floor plus the range most projects land in. The Discovery Sprint turns that range into one fixed number before you commit to the build.

Yes. An Automation Sprint at $3,500 removes one recurring manual process, and the Care retainer at $750/month covers monitoring, updates, backups and four hours of changes. Both are real entry points, not consolation prizes.

For backend, cloud, DevOps and security work, yes — $1,200 per day. It suits team augmentation and time-boxed remediation where a project proposal would be overhead.

Thirty days of post-launch fixes are included in every project at no extra cost. After day 30, the retainer tiers take over: Care at $750/month, Growth at $2,500/month, Partner at $6,000/month.

You do. Full IP and source-code ownership transfers on final payment, infrastructure is defined as code in your own accounts, and there is no proprietary runtime you have to keep paying us for.
